The PHASE LAB focuses primarily on studying peer relations during adolescence. The adolescent period is characterised by a unique sensitivity and orientation towards peers. Building on this notion, peer relations may provide a unique context for understanding youth emotional and behavioural development. Working at the interface of psychology, biology and immunology, we aim to investigate how and when different types of peer experiences influence later health outcomes.
